Simon Porter


Simon joined the company in December 2021 and works within the Housing Disrepair Department dealing with the enforcement of Court orders and previous agreements between our clients and landlords.

Simon is a Litigation Executive with 20 years of insurance claims and civil litigation experience in RTA personal injury and vehicle damage claims, Financial Mis-selling and Housing Disrepair, gaining substantial experience in pre-and post-litigation matters to conclusion. He has a keen interest in assisting individual Claimants obtain suitable living conditions and compensation where the property has remained in disrepair for a significant period.

Outside of work Simon is a keen cyclist, is treasurer of Sefton Velo Cycling Club, and has taken part in many charity events for worthy causes such as Zoe’s place, Brainwave, Everton in the Community, riding as far afield as Newcastle-upon-Tyne, Bridgwater in Somerset, London, Scarborough or South Wales. He also likes to spend time with his wife and four children, camping in the UK and taking walks in the National Parks.
